- Slide the rubber boot down and remove the throttle housing, remove the old throttle stem being careful not to damage the cables

- Slide the new throttle stem onto the handlebar and lubricate it with a penetrating lubricant, preferably Maxima MPPL (do not use grease, as it attracts dirt and makes The throttle may stick after a short period of time.
- Reassemble the throttle cables and housing using a little penetrating lubricant.
- Tighten The throttle housing is in the correct position on the handlebar.
- Adjust the cable to the necessary slack to your liking.
- Rotate the handlebar to its maximum position to check proper throttle operation and correct cable routing.
