Shipment:

As a general rule, packages are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment, through private and insured agencies.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs. Shipping costs may vary depending on the total weight of the package and the type of carrier chosen. We advise you to group all your items in the same order.


All shipments are properly protected and insured.
Returns:

For Returns you will have to contact us at our email which is at the bottom in the "Store Information" section of the main page and tell us what happens to process a return, warranty replacement or order change. Returns will be accepted within the first 30 days of purchasing the product.


Returns will not be accepted for any electronic device that has been assembled and/or used; guarantees can only be processed if it is a manufacturing defect, not due to improper use.
