The new engine and muffler configuration of the CRF450R gave us the opportunity to create a system Brand new, made specifically for the new CRF450 machines. Introducing our new RS-9T Signature Series exhaust system, with double conical muffler, for the new CRF450R.

Yoshimura has been working tirelessly on development with the American Honda HRC engineers, to maximize performance and mass centralization, thus optimizing performance for the rider. Yoshimura has achieved all this by moving the RS-9T's new silencers forward, in order to collect them under the side license plates. Thanks to collaboration with HRC racing engineers, the new 449cc Unicam engine and its exclusive downdraft fuel injection system, Yoshimura has been able to offer an exhaust that provides more compliant power and improved torque.

Some of the features of the new RS-9T dual conical muffler system for the CRF450R/RX are:

  • Manifold three-stage, allowing for a greater range of power and throttle response

  • New RS-9T silencer design, compact and forward, featuring a lower center of gravity to better centralize weight
  • Its core is larger, which which improves throttle response and power in the mid and top range
